About this Event
Join us for a slow, grounding evening where movement meets reflection in an intimate, welcoming space.
We’ll begin with a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga flow guided by a curated YouTube video, allowing us to move together without pressure, perfection, or performance. This is about tuning into your body at your own pace.
Afterward, we’ll transition into a small community circle for journaling and mutual vulnerability. Through thoughtful prompts, you’ll have space to reflect, express, and connect, both with yourself and with others.
This is not a typical group class.
Group size is intentionally kept small to create a space where you can feel seen, heard, and at ease.
Whether you’re new to yoga, new to journaling, or simply craving a softer, more meaningful way to spend your evening, you are welcome here.
