The session begins with breathing exercises (pranayama) and a Sun Salutation warm-up, followed by a series of slow postures (asanas). The class concludes with a guided relaxation (savasana).Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Matt rental is available for $3. Taught in the tradition of the Sivananda Ashram lineage
