
About this Event
Join us for an hour of mindful breathing, movement, and relaxation. This class will help you strengthen and stretch your body while infusing it with vital life energy (prana). Leave the class feeling rejuvenated and centered.
The session begins with breathing exercises (pranayama) and a Sun Salutation warm-up, followed by a series of slow postures (asanas). The class concludes with a guided relaxation (savasana).Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Mat rental is available for $3. Taught in the tradition of the Sivananda Ashram lineage
