ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Community Soundbath is a donation based restorative event that offers an opportunity for healthcare professionals to unwind and recharge in a supportive environment.
The session will feature a blend of therapeutic sounds and frequencies, including crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments known for their rejuvenating effects.
Led by Sarah Guingon (@wildflow.ersoul on IG) - a compassionate and experienced trauma-informed yoga teacher and sound bath practitioner. Born and raised in the Philippines, Sarah carries with her a deep reverence for her roots, infusing her
practice with the wisdom and traditions of her culture.
Her mission is to help you tend to your vessel through the practices of yoga and sound
