Forgiveness can be a dirty word! Let's dive into releasing what needs releasing (people, places, things, ideas, feelings, beliefs, etc...) and see where it leads us. If it sounds a little heavy... DON'T WORRY... we always find a way to have fun with this stuff!
WARNING: Possible side effects of "The Experience of Releasing" are ... spontaneous laughter, an unusual feeling of comfort, an increase in joy, the feeling of wholeness and wellness, and a frown possibly turned upside down.
