Free Skate rentals!
All ages, levels welcome to participate. Event is free with optional donation to the non-profit Civic Center (no pressure!).
Rules (anyone disobeying the rules may be asked to leave)-
-Skate at your own risk
-Skate in a circle in a counter-clockwise direction
-Respect other participant's space
-Watch out for smaller or beginner skaters - preserve skate trainers for those that really need them
-Strollers and holding kiddos in your arms disallowed on the ice
-No food/drink on the ice
-No hockey sticks/pucks, figure or speed skating, tag/chasing each other or inappropriate language / yelling
-Cell Phones on the ice (taking video/pictures) disallowed
-Groups should congregate off ice or in the center (not on the rails where beginners may need to stabilize themselves)
