This is a free monthly ride that is open to the community! We meet the first Saturday of every month at Applegate Park Playground at 10am and will depart soon thereafter to enjoy a leisurely ride around Merced's bike paths. This ride is family friendly and a great way to meet new people and get moving!
Notes:
*These are family friendly, no drop rides, and we average about 8-10 mph.
*We usually ride for about 2 hours and cover 12-15 miles. We mostly utilize our wonderful bike paths, but there is some street riding as well.
*Attendees are welcome to join us downtown after the ride where many of us grab a cup of coffee at Coffee Bandits. This is also when/where our monthly meeting is held.
*We keep the pace easy so we can chat and enjoy our surroundings.
*Kids are welcome though we recommend little ones are riding with parents via either a bike trailer, tag along or bike seat. *Helmets are required.
