200 volunteers register to read 2 pages each from his autobiography. We read for 19 hours over the course of 2 days. Register to read from your favorite chapter at www.malcolmxreadathonboston.com.

Our community reading this book which has inspired millions since its original publication in 1964 will allow us to channel our individual aspirations for a better future into a pwerful collective voice for change.

Who was Malcolm X:

  • He challenged those complacent about racial violence.
  • He courageousy spoke out for those not epowered to do so.
  • He refused to accept the status quo of the economic inequities of American society.
