About this Event
Join us for a special Community Pilates Class the day before Mother’s Day—a chance to celebrate strength, wellness, and community together.
Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or have been flowing for years, this all-levels class is designed to help you build core strength, improve flexibility, and leave feeling refreshed and energized.
Bring your mat, wear comfy clothes, and come enjoy an uplifting workout in a welcoming indoor space surrounded by amazing people.
💛 Optional: We’ll be accepting canned good donations to give back to the community—every little bit helps!
Class 1-2PM
Social hour 2-3PM
There are a few mats at the studio but we do recommend bringing your own.
Come solo, bring a friend, or bring your mom—everyone is welcome.
