Join Kale Black for a Guided Meditation Circle

Kale uses a combination of light verbal guidance, singing bowls, drumming, rain-sticks, music, and other instruments to help quiet your thoughts and connect more deeply with yourself.
This circle is open to all - from beginners who have never meditated to those with more experience.
What to bring:
- Comfortable clothing
- A few cushions or anything you need to sit comfortably
- A reusable cup or mug if you’d like tea or water (please, no disposables or plastic bottles)

About your facilitator:
Kale Black began his personal meditation practice over 12 years ago, though it truly flourished when he started attending Group Meditation Circles and Qi Gong at Luminous Energetic Pathways Sacred Centre in November 2014, led by Lisbeth and Edward Fregonese.
Through Breathwork, Qi Gong, Meditation, and Mindfulness, Kale has cultivated a stable and consistent foundation of self-mastery.
He is a Holistic Environmentalist, Energy Worker, and Workshop Facilitator with over 18 years of experience leading groups. His sensitivity and love for people help him connect with individuals from all walks of life.
One of his greatest joys is bringing people together and helping them connect more deeply with themselves and each other.
