Join us each month in our rustic barn for a Community Meditation, a welcoming space to pause, breathe, and restore. Each gathering is led by a different practitioner, offering their own unique style of meditation ranging from gentle breathwork to guided visualization and mindful stillness. Together, the JPH Community comes together to slow down, release stress, and reconnect with inner calm. Surrounded by the simple beauty and warmth of the barn, these evenings invite deep relaxation, reflection, and a sense of shared peace.
