About this Event
We all need solid wellness practices to carry us through different seasons. Join for a peaceful, calming community meditation event. Engage in the neuroscience-back practice of meditation and give your nervous system the reset it needs as we step into spring. Through guided meditation, you'll allow new things to grow in you and find peace.
A trained wellness practitioner will facilitate discussion and connection time, then guide you through a visualization. There will be a time for Q&A as you dig deeper and seek to continue this important self-healing practice post-session. Following this workshop, you'll find yourself connected to a community journeying towards healing and wholeness.
