About this Event
Our Community Health Fair will focus on increasing awareness of Type 2 Diabetes and breast cancer while supporting equitable access to health services for racialized communities across Peel Region and beyond.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to access free on-site screening services and connect directly with trusted healthcare providers.
Free screening services will include:
• Blood A1C testing
• Blood pressure checks
• Preventive health screenings
• Health education and community resources
• Food and refreshments
In partnership with Services and Housing In the Province (SHIP) and Wellfort Community Health Services.
