Community gather sound bath

Join us for a calming Community Sound Bath designed to restore deep relaxation and rest through an immersive sound experience.

In this gentle, meditative gathering, you’ll be invited to lie down comfortably while being surrounded by soothing vibrations created by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant sound tools. These layered tones and frequencies help quiet the mind, relax the body, and create space for stillness and renewal.

This session is open to all members of the community, whether you’re new to sound healing or already familiar with the practice. Come as you are and take time to pause, restore, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive shared space.

What to bring:
• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket and pillow for extra coziness
• Water and anything that helps you feel relaxed
