A morning movement practice situated right in the heart of your favourite community garden. This hour-long class is suitable for all ages and stages, and is taught by fellow greenthumb Meg Sydenham. After the class, join us in a cup of herbal tea made from the plants growing around you.

🌱 About Meg 🌱
Meg is a yoga and somatics teacher based in Tāmaki Makaurau. Meg's teaching style prioritizes functional somatic movement blended with traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques. Her regular classes at the YMCA and Yoga Pantry are much loved (including by several garden volunteers) and will have you stepping off the mat and into your day with a greater sense of awareness, grace and ease.
