Community Fall Festival

We are excited to invite you to participate in our upcoming Community Fall Festival, a vibrant event dedicated to providing preventative and supportive resources aimed at strengthening and interconnecting families within our community.
This festival will be a wonderful opportunity for nonprofit vendors and resource organizations to showcase their services and make meaningful connections with families and other community members.

Purpose:
The Community Fall Festival aims to create an inclusive space where families can access valuable resources, learn about preventative measures, and receive support in various aspects of their lives. By bringing together a diverse array of organizations, we hope to foster a sense of community and interconnectedness that will benefit everyone involved.

What We Offer:
- 10x10 Space: Each participating organization will be provided with a 10x10 space (inside or outside) to display information and interact with attendees.
- Promotion: Your organization will be featured in our promotional materials, including flyers, social media, and email newsletter.
- Community Engagement: Opportunities to sale products, provide resources, conduct demonstrations, or interactive activities to engage festival-goers.
How to Get Involved:
To accommodate different types of participation, we are offering two fee levels:
1. Non-Sales Booth: $50
This option is ideal for organizations that wish to provide information, resources, and support without engaging in sales activities.
2. Sales Booth: $75
This option allows your organization to sell products or services during the festival.
Please note that fees are non-refundable.
To secure your spot, please complete the attached registration form and return it with your payment by September 20, 2024. Space is limited, so we encourage you to register early to ensure your participation.

BWT mission is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where teen mothers who are at risk for homelessness can receive counseling, learn parenting and life skills, and connect with partner resources to support independence.

Our goal is to collectively work to improve the lives of young, overlooked and impoverished families to alleviate the pressures of financial, economic, and family barriers. Through our programs and practices, we aim to mitigate and eliminate their risk for homelessness, build stronger families, and empower communities to thrive, one family or person, at a time.

Communities In Action, lovingly known as CIA, is dedicated to addressing hunger, health, and quality of life by serving those in need. CIA provides a vital bridge between the sources of food supplies and places food directly into the hands of families and individuals who need it. Whether it's distributing food or serving the community through various outreach programs such as health and wellness, mentoring, tutoring, sports, music, art dance, and more. CIA's time to serve the people is NOW.

G.A.L.S. Angels mission is to help those in need. In order for those we encounter to evolve into self­sufficient members of their communities, G.L.A.S Angels Inc. extends a helping hand through our countless initiatives and good deeds. Our mentorship program introduces adults back into society after hardship, homelessness, or incarceration with confidence and clarity. Our youth are mentored as well through positive leadership, sports, and emphasis on education. The objective is to leave no group behind. Anyone with a need will be helped to the best of our ability.
