Community Class (Barre) @ Afflecks

Hi! I'm YB, a barre fitness instructor and PT :)

I'll be leading a series of weekly sessions at Afflecks!

Suitable for all levels, medium intensity

Build strength and challenge your muscle endurance, whilst moving to fun tunes! Barre is inspired by ballet, pilates and yoga.

Ps. dance experience is definitely not a pre-requisite!

• All sessions are 45mins long, 8.15-9am
• Safe, no-judgements, no-pressure space. Just you, your body, and a bit of fun and movement
• Suitable for all levels, options will be given
• Bring your own mat! (or limited numbers available for rent at £1)

1. Take the entrance on Church Street, across from Buzzy Bee/ Pieminister
2. Head up to the 3rd floor
3. Walk left, then right
4. The space is outside the Afflecks management office

Suitable for all levels, medium intensity

Choose your level of intensity - move at your own pace or bring your heart rate up. Bodyweight exercises only, expect some buddy work and fun, creative exercises ?
