On Wednesday November 26th 2025 The style of this class will be chosen the day before class. There will be a vote that takes place on CBIH Instagram page to decide on the style for the class. Super fun :)

Please show up five minutes early because we will START ON TIME.

Cost: $15 (Price increase to $20 at the door with no registration)

VERY IMPORTANT: This is a limited class due to respecting social distancing. There will be markers placed on the studio floor to make sure that all attendees are six feet apart.
