Community Care: a sound bath for grief

During this event, we will gather in community with intention.

This time of year can be a mixed bag. Yes, it is the "most wonderful time of the year" like that famous Christmas song, but the holiday season can bring up feelings of grief from lost loved ones and personal losses from the year to the forefront.

We heal in COMMUNITY!

For this intentional sound bath and circle, we will gather to

to connect

and to receive.

This community care event will include a circle with time for participants to share if they wish (or just listen), a 60 min intuitive sound bath meditation, and time afterwards to integrate.

This is a donation based event. Suggested donation $20-$44

***There are no refunds for late arrivals after 4:10pm or late cancellations within 24hrs of the event time.

This is the building entrance green door that you enter. This door will be locked after 4:10pm if you are late! Please arrive and park before 4:10pm so you don't miss the sound bath. THANK YOU
