Community Breathwork at Thrive Wellness: Sunday, October 6th!

Join me for an incredible Breathwork experience on Sunday, October 6th from 930a-1130a at Thrive Health LA!

Blair Cobb, a renowned breathwork expert & reiki practitioner, will guide you through a transformative breath experience. You will tap into your inner self, release stress, and unlock emotional freedom through rhythmic breathing techniques matched with fun, upbeat music.

Everyone will be given headphones to hear the music, creating an even deeper and more personal experience. Think of it like your own private breath bubble… or perhaps silent disco meets meditation!

During the practice, Blair will assist students in moving and grounding stuck energy through the powerful touch of Reiki healing.

There will be time after practice for silent reflection & journaling, followed by optional circle sharing to connect with fellow breathers. Homemade Ayurvedic snacks & teas will be served after practice for participants to eat in community with one another.
