Join us for Barre Fusion Pilates and focus on your core with high-rep, strengthening exercises that will leave you revitalized. Next, take Beyond the Barre, a class for exploring basic ballet fundamentals at the barre, and easy, fun choreography in the center. Join us for one or the other, or both! Classes are just $8, and your first one is free. Wear moveable clothes, socks or dance shoes, and bring water and a willingness to get creative with your movement!
