This experience is intentionally designed as a gentle progression inward:
- We begin by reconnecting with the body through somatic awareness and grounding practices…
- Then move into guided subconscious exploration to access deeper layers of insight and transformation…
- And complete the journey with somatic breathwork to support emotional release, integration, and reconnection.
The session closes with a sound bath of crystal sound bowls to gently support the body in intergrationg the work, allowing you to leave feeling grounded, clear and deeply restored.
