The process of realigning to your central channel, your core, your sensuality, creativity, dance and your voice. A space where all of you is invited to come back home into fullness.

Schedule:
10am - Rose tea, arrive in retreat space, free flow, warmup to gentle beats by DJ Richard Batts
10:30am - Welcoming circle & introductions
10:50am - 12pm - Tallulah's Bodywork & Play workshop. Initial voice activations. 10mins dance shake off!
12 - 12:15pm - Short break
12:15 - 2:15pm - Voice and creativity workshop continues - going deeper
2:15pm - 3:15pm - A light lunch - As we will later be offering Ceremonial Cacao
3:15pm - Cacao ceremony & Ecstatic Dance w/Ecstaticlifer
5:30pm - Sound healing & Coming Home Integration
6:00pm - Final journaling / Sharing
6:30pm - Closing circle, optional jam finale led by Tallulah & you! - Bring drums instruments etc!
7:30pm - Retreat ends - hang in cafe or enjoy the optional sauna's

About your retreat hosts:
Tallulah Rendall is a songwriter of substance with the heart of a lioness. A world renowned Singer-Songwriter who has written, produced and toured 5 albums.
Ecstatic Dance UK is London's epic conscious dance community, priding itself on quality, diversity and inclusivity. They dance every Sunday morning and Wednesday evening in Hackney Wick.
Tallulah is also a Creative Facilitator, Qi Gong Teacher & Sound Therapist, empowering people through Qi Gong & Sound Meditation to connect to their creative expression and lead happier, healthier and more embodied lives. www.tallulahrendall.com
Richard Batts is a creative DJ/Facilitator & Co-Founder / Director of Ecstatic Dance UK; organising & holding beautiful weekly & sold out sessions at the The Baths. Last year he completed his summer European tour; packing out dances & bringing magical vibes to the UK, France & Spain.
A highly skilled DJ and space holder, with a penchant for finding the best of the world’s music & blending it into the deepest & fun journeys. His joy comes from creating a strong, safe & reverent container, where sensations, movement & emotion is located & then used to explore creativity, fun & self healing.
