About this Event
Coming Back to Yourself is a gentle group space guided by a psychologist, inviting you to reconnect with yourself, with what feels important right now, and with the direction you want to move toward.
Together, we’ll explore themes such as self-trust, listening to your own needs and desires, and noticing what currently nourishes you. Through creative reflection, coaching-inspired prompts, and community, this space supports you in orienting inward without pressure to change or perform.
Especially fitting for late winter, when everything can feel a little heavier.
What to expect
- a grounding meditation practice
- reflective journaling prompts (private, not shared)
- a guided speaking circle (sharing is optional)
- gentle embodied integration with music
This space is for you if you’re looking for depth without intensity, connection without pressure, and a moment to pause. Together, but in your own rhythm.
What to bring
The session will be held in B23 space which is a protected space and has everything we need (blankets, water & tea, yoga mats etc.). Please wear comfortable clothing you can sit and move in and bring something to write with (e.g. notebook & pen).
About the facilitator
I’m a psychologist based in Berlin, working in psychosocial counseling and group facilitation. My professional experience includes individual and group settings, such as psychosomatic group therapy, crisis support, and low-threshold community mental health work.
My background combines psychology, systemic thinking, and creative, embodied approaches. Alongside my clinical work, I write an essay-based newsletter on mental health and creativity () and regularly facilitate reflective group formats.
I’m deeply interested in how creative expression, mindfulness, and a sense of aliveness shape our mental and emotional health. Shaped in part by my practice as a singer, my facilitation is informed by embodied practices, including work with breath, voice, and music.
