A space to exist, unmask, and just be.
Most of the world expects us to be "on." This space is the opposite. Comfortably Chaotic Co. is a peer-led community for neurodivergent adults in Portsmouth. This isn’t a networking event, a workshop, or a formal support group—it’s simply a place to be around people who get it.
The "No-Pressure" Promise
We know that walking into a new space can be a lot. Here, you don't need to perform.
- You don’t need to be confident.
- You don’t need to introduce yourself to the room.
- You don’t need to explain your diagnosis or your life.
- You can come and chat, sit quietly, or feel a bit awkward and leave early. All of it is completely okay.
Is this for me?
This group is specifically for neurodivergent adults (diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or questioning) who:
- Feel socially burnt out.
- Are tired of masking or "acting normal."
- Want connection but find structured groups overwhelming.
- Just want to exist alongside others who understand neurodivergence.
There is no agenda and no forced conversation. Connection happens naturally, or not at all. Both are valid. We are built on shared experience, not on "fixing" each other.

Please Note: The room for this meet-up is on a lower floor and is only accessible by stairs (it is not wheelchair accessible).
Accessibility matters deeply to us, and I am sincerely sorry that this specific venue may exclude some community members. Future meet-ups will aim for fully accessible spaces whenever possible.
