Come Tell A Story: Widowed is a compassionate gathering created for those navigating life after the loss of a spouse. This evening offers a safe and supportive space to share stories, listen deeply, and be reminded that you are not alone in your journey.
In many spaces, grief is acknowledged but not always held with care over time. This gathering seeks to change that by creating room for honest reflection, gentle community, and meaningful connection without pressure or expectation.
You are welcome whether your loss is recent or something you have carried for years. There is no need to have the right words or to present yourself as “okay.” You are invited simply as you are.
Come sit with us, be heard if you choose to share, and find comfort in a community that honors both your story and your healing process.
What is Come Tell A Story?
Come Tell A Story is our quarterly storytelling series where we are amplifying the stories of single Christians. It is a place to hear and be heard. To talk your talk. We're telling a different story: being single is fun, freeing, and a blessing. Whether you're never married, divorced, widowed, with children, or without, we are here to hear what you have to say. Gather and engage in community. Stories may be funny, tender, unfinished, or raw. You don’t need to be a writer or performer—just willing to share honestly.
