As we celebrate the 2024 Spring Season and work towards the re-opening of our national historical landmark and museum, The National Marian Anderson Museum and Historical Society invites you to join us for this glorious music event as we honor the iconic Marian Anderson and Duke Ellington in song with the sacred spirituals of Marian Anderson and the beloved jazz standards of Duke Ellington for which they are celebrated. This spectacular concert will be performed by our extraordinary Marian Anderson Scholar Artists and members of our MAHS Instrumental Ensemble under the direction of MD and Pianist Dr. Jay Fluellen. The Concert will take place at the historic Tindley Temple United Methodist Church located at 750 S. Broad Street Philadelphia Pa.
