Colvin Concerts: Fred Cantu

Vocalist, trumpeter and composer Fred Cantu and his show the Modern Crooner pay tribute to the great Crooners of the past performing updated arrangements of the music of Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennet, Nat King, Louis Armstrong just to name a few. International jazz artist Fred Cantu has been featured at the Chicago Jazz Fest, the Viva Chicago, Telluride Jazz Fest, and the The Jazz Snow Mass Fest. His trumpet can be heard every week on the WGN TV show Singsation along with recordings from Chicago, New York and Las Vegas. Fred's powerful vocals and modern crooning style have made his show a popular act around the U.S

Food & Drink:

We have food and a selection of beverages (sodas, beer, and wine) for sale onsite at Colvin House! Guests can order from a limited menu each week.

Please note that we do not allow outside food or drinks at Colvin Concerts.

Parking Info:

The first 15 cars can park FREE at George B. Swift Elementary school, just two blocks west of Colvin House (as space allows). Please come to Colvin House's back door (off Thorndale Ave) first to receive a parking permit from staff who will provide further instruction.

We also recommend The Malibu Condominiums (6007 N Sheridan) public garage, just across the street, north of Colvin House. This parking can be validated by Colvin House for $2.00 off.

Those valet rates are as follows:

· 1 Hour: $6

· 2 Hours: $10

· 3 Hours: $11

· 4 Hours: $13

We recommend arriving early if you need to park.
