After a successful Crowdfunding campaign and two years of creative development, Sue Lewry is proud to unveil the new Colossal mobile screen printing unit.
This innovative project was made possible with the generous support of 124 people who pledged £4600, matched by an additional £3500 from iMayflower: Creative and Digital Plymouth.
This enabled Sue to collaborate with Plymouth's creative talent on the new Colossal unit's design, fabrication, and construction. Commissioning Designer-Maker Matt Holmes has combined traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge digital fabrication to bring Sue's vision for Colossal to life. In parallel, web and motion designer Calum Campbell-Coles created an accessible and interactive website that reflects the spirit of Colossal.
This enables Sue to grow Colossal, innovate and deliver printmaking experiences, reaching a wider audience and involving communities.
