This course is designed actions a tax representative needs to take in order to properly onboard a client. This is primarily a checklist list, showing you step-by-step what is needed to do after a prospect says, “Yes”. Goal is to answer the question: “OK, I did my marketing, did the sales consultation, and quoted a fee. What do I do next?"
