Collage + Quotes - 'Ruin of Giants' Sculpture Visit and Creative Response
Join us at TTEC - Trinity Technology & Enterprise Campus on May 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM (Irish Standard Time) for the first of the Ground Up Craftivist Saturday events. Explore the sculpture up close, then get creative with collage and quotes inspired by the artwork. Perfect for anyone who loves history, art and a bit of creative play. Our meet up will start at Trinity's East Campus (opposite Boland's Mill, Grand Canal) before we head to TCD Unit 18.
Using recycled magazines, papers, textures, words and found materials you will create your own expressive collage artworks, exploring themes of memory, landscape, identity, power, resistance, imagination and hope.
No artistic experience is is needed - this is about exploration, intutuion and giving yourself permission to play.
All materials will be provided.
