Calling all Harlem families!
Come on out and join artist Elan Cadiz for her fun mixed-media classes designed for the whole family. We will build, cut, rip, draw, paste and more. Join us every 4th Saturday of each month. Classes will highlight a topic, and participants will leave with a one-of-a-kind collage at the end of each class.
Saturday, February 28
Theme: Architectural Collages
In this specialized collage workshop, we will look at the elements of architecture to guide our use of materials and the construction of our personal architectural assemblages.
Time: 1 to 3 pm
For Families with children, but adults are welcome as well. Children must be accompanied by an adult. No drop-off allowed.

April showers bring May flowers. In this specialized collage workshop, we will create playful layered watercolor collages.

Theme: JUNETEENTH Quilt Project
In the celebration of Juneteenth, this specialized collage workshop will highlight the use of visual arts to tell stories. Each participant will construct a panel of our community quilt, illustrating a story of freedom through the use of fabric, markers and paint.
About Facilitator: Elan Cadiz
Art Education is an important part of Elan's artistic practice.
