Experience authentic Danish winter culture with our free cold plunge and saunagus event at Scandic CPH Strandpark! Join us for a refreshing dip in the ocean, get warm in a cozy bathrobe and enjoy one of our sauna sessions. We have an experienced winter bather, who will guide you through the ice cold experience. Everyone is welcome— so come warm up, chill out, and discover Copenhagen at its coolest. Spaces for the saunagus sessions are limited, but we will offer multiple sessions to ensure as many people as possible can take part.
Please make sure to wear your swimsuit when you arrive as we have limited changing options.
Meet up at Scandic CPH Strandpark: Amager Strandvej 401, 2770 Kastrup. From the hotel entrance, turn right outside and follow the building around the corner.
