How many times in the past month have you felt that something is not ok anymore...that it doesn't make you happy any longer...that something better has to be out there?
How many times in the past month have you felt like you need to make a change and told yourself you'll definitelly do it: leave that job, end that relathionship, move to another city or country, yet you find yourself unable to move and action?...Because there are always those fears like: what if I'll be forever alone, what if I'll never like it there, what if I'm not good enough to work somewhere else...what if...what if...until the biggest what if hits: what if I stayed where I am?
For many years I have been in this place. Until 2025 when dad's death on 15-DEC-24 brought about confusion, anger, regret, sadness, and deeply hidden memories which made me see how I was living and repeating the same patterns. This episode made me realize how I want my life to be and it was nowhere near where it has been in the past 7 years. I finally found the courage to say "NO" and switched my life to 180 degrees. I left a relashionship of 13.5 years on 12-OCT-25 (3 days before dad's birthday, as a coincidence) and now I am writing this text from my own apartment.
I am building this space because I want women who are going through the same not to feel alone anymore. It takes a village to be understood and to find clarity. Community heals.
This space is for sharing without judgement...for sharing in a space where you can be truly heared and seen...for sharing in a space where there's coffee and tasty treats.
