About this Event
Essex Babylab invites parents, parents-to-be and babies to a friendly session over coffee where we share research insights and practical tips with them to facilitate positive baby development.
Join Dr Carina de Klerk and guest speaker Jade Robinson for the Essex Babylab Coffee Morning exploring how babies and toddlers develop the ability to copy the people around them.
Dr de Klerk will share insights from developmental science about how imitation emerges in early childhood - how babies move from simply watching others to actively copying actions, gestures, and expressions.
After the short talk, Jade Robinson from Tiny Toes Ballet will lead a fun toddler ballet taster session where little ones can practise copying movements through music and playful dance.
Tea, biscuits, and toys provided ☕
