The Business and IP Centre in the Leytonstone Library would like to invite you to an informal coffee morning to discuss how small businesses can write a business plan in a simple-to-follow and easy-to-understand way!

Thinking of starting a business, but the thought of writing a business plan is daunting, it even makes you feel anxious, and is often the stumbling block for many people thinking of starting a business. You’re in good company, so many entrepreneurs feel the same. Well, what if I can show you a way to write a business plan that is simple and easy? Join me on 5th June and let’s kick start your business.

This workshop will help you to:

· Develop the vision for your business

· Define your value proposition

· Solidify your customer/s

· Identify the best marketing channels for your customer/s

Your business plan doesn’t have to be 50 pages long, highfalutin, and complicated to write. You will leave with a clear and simple formula for writing your business plan.

Marjorie Price is an independent management training consultant and the Director of Price Management Consultancy. With over 15 years of leadership and management experience, Marjorie has worked in public, private and third-sector organisations, where she has held senior leadership positions including directorship and managing HR training departments. Her successful track record includes analysing the organisation's training needs and implementing training programmes and strategies to develop a more agile workforce, specialising in leadership, management, and diversity & inclusion.
