The night's theme, Dreams, honors Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s vision of equality and invites us all to share our personal hopes and desires, celebrating the power of words to inspire change and connect us to a brighter future.
Whether you're a seasoned poet or a first-time performer, this event offers a welcoming stage for all voices to share their stories, reflections, and emotions inspired by the theme of Dreams.

Event Timeline:
- 4:30 PM: Refreshments and open mic sign-ups begin (limited spots available)
- 4:45 PM: Welcomes & featured poets perform
- 5:45 PM: Open mic session begins (4 minutes or less)
- 6:30 PM: Wrap up and closing remarks
Sign-up for performers begins at 4:30 PM, so arrive early to secure your spot on stage. Listeners are encouraged to immerse themselves in the experience and support local artists.
