About this Event

Each day has a different theme. The themes are based on interests, so you can have the chance to connect with people with similar passions and hobbies

Please note that you should select the correct date and time for the session you are interested in when purchasing your ticket. For example, if you would like to attend a session for 'Nature Lovers', then you should only select a ticket for a session on Monday 24th November.

Please note, this is a free event. Your ticket will be refunded following your attendance of the event.

What is Coffee & Connections?

At House of Books & Friends our mission is to combat loneliness and social isolation. We know how hard it can be to connect with people and make new friends; in a time when we have the opportunities to be more digitally connected than ever, it can hard to find real and meaningful connections. That's why we are launching Coffee & Connections. We want to create opportunities for people to meet over coffee and find new friendships and community.

Coffee & Connections is only open to people over 18. Meet ups will take place in public, and we ask all participants to be mindful of their own safety when attending - for example letting a friend or family member know where you are and thinking carefully before sharing personal information such as your home address with other participants.

We will run two sessions each day from the 24th November - 30th November.

This link is for the afternoon sessions. There is a seperate link for tickets to the morning sessions.

The themes and their corresponding days are as follows:

Monday: The Nature Lovers.

Tuesday: The Bookworms.

Wednesday: The Crafters.

Thursday: New Parents.

Friday: The Foodies.

Saturday: The Gamers.

Sunday: The Writers.
