Meet the Facilitators:
Nazli Egemen is a Certified Life Coach who supports working moms and mompreneurs on their journey toward more balanced, fulfilling lives. Holding an undergraduate degree in Economics and a master’s in Business, she draws on her experience in both the corporate world and entrepreneurship to understand the challenges of balancing career and family. She guides women away from burnout into clarity and confidence using practical, proven strategies. Nazli empowers her clients to thrive in business while prioritizing their well-being, helping them create a balanced life and career where they can truly flourish.
Bebe Wilkinson is the founder of Succeed LLC, where she serves as a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Coach and Transformation Retreat Curator. After overcoming a major health crisis using lifestyle medicine, she became one of the first National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches in the country in 2017. She now utilizes lifestyle medicine practices to help midlife women improve their overall quality of life and reduce their Medic*tion dependency. Additionally, Bebe curates acclaimed high-impact wellness retreats in the Bahamas and Charlotte, focused on stress mitigation and social connection. Bebe's work is deeply rooted in her Christian faith and she is a devoted wife, mother of two, and an active community volunteer.
