It's that time again... time to dance!Join DJ Blist and Light Honey for their bi-monthly Ecstatic Dance held at the Nest by Cocoon 30a.
Second floor, straight done hallway off the elevators, left to end of hall, and you will find Nest if you follow the music!
This is a community based event offered on sliding scale entry,
suggested $10-33, payable cash on-site or venmo @wildflier
Feel free to bring snack contributions. For those in need, we also have volunteer scholarships for energy exchange to contribute to the container. ALL AGES (kids dance entry is free!)
This edition is dubbed April Tomfoolery in celebration of spring and laughter. While we normally open with a movement workshop, this session will kick off with a vegetarian snack social, including Rebel [nut-based] Cheeses and ceremonial cacao sponsored by Light Honey Wellness. We also highly encourage dressing up this round - spring pizzazz or "dress for the wrong occasion." There will be a vote for best dressed during closing circle.
