CocoKIDS: Storytime with the Coconut Grove Branch Library

10 AM: The Coconut Grove Branch Library Storytime in the CocoWalk Plaza

Join us for a special Earth Day-focused Storytime where littles will learn about the importance of caring for our earth and the small steps we can take to improve our future.

11 AM: Earth Day Clean-up with The Coconut Grove Branch Library and The Rotary Club of Coconut Grove

Guests 5-years and above can then join the Rotary Club of Coconut Grove to participate in a park clean-up! The group will walk from CocoWalk over to Peacock Park, where everyone can assist in cleaning the mangroves and their surrounding areas. Pre-registered Volunteers will be treated to lunch post clean-up.

• All volunteers must sign a waiver to participate
• All children must be accompanied by an adult supervisor
• Guests younger than 5 years old should not participate, as we will be cleaning the mangroves in the water
• Wear comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting stained
• Volunteers will be provided with materials to participate in the cleanup
• Volunteer hour forms will be distributed upon request
