RONKER is struggling with growing pains; what do you do when you just won't outgrow the edge-running? "Drop a no-nonsense punch ball of a record!" as far as the band is concerned. An ode to the edge runners within society, not looking for the Jesus among the marginalised, but finding solace in self-acceptance. They will present this new album at their biggest headline show so far: in the AB! On their debut, the band sounds hungry and nervous and grosses in its bipolar nature: the je-m'en-foutism of post-punk and the concrete nature of 90s alt-metal both contribute equally to their DNA.
