In our caring roles, so much of what influences our actions, emotions, and decisions lies beneath the surface - our beliefs, values, and experiences. Like an iceberg, only a small part is visible, while the deeper layers shape how we respond to challenges and connect with others. The Iceberg Theory teaches you to dive deeper, say less and mean more.
