Speaker Bio:
Cliff Pollard AM graduated in medicine from UQ in 1973, general surgical training at PAH, and post Fellowship training in the UK. He became a Staff Surgeon and later Director of Surgery at Redcliffe Hospital from 1982 - 1993. Later he became VMO in general surgery at Redcliffe Hospital from 1993 - 2008, Director of Trauma at RBWH from 2008 - 2012, and was a member of MNHHS Board from 2012 - 2019. As a member of the RAAMC he was deployed to Bougainville and East Timor in 2000 and 2001.
