Come as you are to this two hour ceremony with Viki guiding your through a transformative journey based off the somatic modality of holotropic breathwork, an experience designed to support you in unlocking your depths, reclaiming old stories & beliefs, and finding emotional release.

The flow:

• An oracle card pull for the collective
• A short introduction to breathwork and this particular style
• Co created safety by sharing who you are, where you are today emotionally, and your intention for this session
• Active breath to a playlist that serves as a bridge to your emotions
• Choice to physically release the emotion to a release song with a scream or tapping
• Integrative time after the active breathing with shares, writing, drawing, and communing

Towards the end of our session, you'll have the opportunity to experience the scream release, allowing you to let go of anger, sadness, or any other emotions that may have surfaced during our journey. For those uncomfortable with screaming or vocalization, an alternative tapping method is offered. This provides an equally energetic and empowering way to release negativity and stagnation.
