Hot flushes, disrupted sleep, mood swings, weight gain and low energy are common during menopause, but they don’t have to be inevitable. This talk explores a naturopathic and herbal approach to supporting hormonal balance.

In this session, you will discover:
• How hormonal changes impact the body and why symptoms arise
• Herbal strategies to support balance and relieve common symptoms
• Naturopathic approaches to improving sleep, mood, energy and metabolic health
Why you don’t want to miss this event:
• Gain a clear, structured understanding of menopause beyond symptom management
• Discover practical strategies you can start using immediately
• Learn natural lifestyle changes to support your body’s health
• See how CNM-trained practitioners assess and support complex health concerns
If you’re considering studying with CNM, this session will also give you insight into how to train as a practitioner and apply these principles in clinical practice.
