DESCRIPTION
Ideal for middle managers, this qualification is designed to provide an overview of team coaching for professional coaches.
The CMI Level 5 Award in Professional Team Coaching will provide skills and knowledge to enable professional coaches to deliver impact, behave ethically and demonstrate a commitment to continual learning and development.
It is designed for practising or aspiring Professional Coaches, who have the ability to apply their learning, to develop their skills in this area and/or progress onto further learning, and is aligned to CMI Professional Standards.

Requirements
Entry to the Qualifications will be through centre interview and the candidates must possess the following:
- Must be 16 years of age and over
- Considerable experience as a team leader or similar role
