CMI Level 3 Certificate in Management and Leadership

About this Event

Our intention is to help you to gain knowledge and understanding that will be of great value to you in your career, whilst gaining an internationally recognised qualification.

The Level 3 qualifications in Principles of Management and Leadership have been developed for Junior Managers, Supervisors and First Line Managers who have operational responsibility for a defined area of activity and who wish to build on and develop their existing management skills and knowledge. This qualification gives Junior Managers the communication and motivational skills to help improve operational efficiency.

The Certificate provides a broader knowledge of skills to help you be more effective in specific management areas, with increased focus on the areas that are most appropriate to you and your workplace.

This course will help you to develop and apply key management skills including setting personal development plans and objectives, identifying development opportunities, planning and prioritising work, developing your leaderships style, maintaining working relationships and understanding the responsibilities of a line manager.

To qualify for the Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Management and Leadership, learners must complete a combination of CMI units. This course comprises 2 CMI units – Principles of Management and Leadership (CMI 301) and Managing a Team to Achieve Results (CMI 302).

The course consists of six face-to-face online half day workshops starting on the 24th September 2024 and 2 written assignments. All other dates are listed below.
