This session is run in partnership with Salus, NHS Lanarkshire, Occupational Health Department. Salus is an NHS based provider of Occupational Health, Safety and Return to Work Services across the public and private sectors. It is the largest multidisciplinary service of the NHS and operates as a social enterprise model.

Managing attendance is vital to support the Scottish economy and keep the country stable. Absenteeism can cost employers considerably, it can disrupt productivity and reduce staff morale and engagement.
