Event Terms & Conditions
1. Registration and Entry
1.1. This event is free to attend but registration via Eventbrite is required.
1.2. Each attendee must hold a valid ticket. Tickets may be checked on arrival.
1.3. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees where necessary for safety, security or inappropriate behaviour.
2. Event Changes or Cancellation
2.1. The organiser reserves the right to change the event programme, DJs, venue or timings, where necessary.
2.2. In the unlikely event that the event must be cancelled or postponed, registered attendees will be notified via Eventbrite or email.
3. Capacity and Admission
3.1. Admission is subject to venue capacity limits and safety requirements.
3.2. Holding a ticket does not guarantee entry once the venue has reached capacity.
4. Photography and Filming (including Vox Pops)
4.1. Photography, filming and recorded vox pops (on-camera interviews) may take place during the event.
4.2. Where vox pops or other close-up filmed interviews are conducted, individual image release forms will be provided and must be signed prior to participation.
4.3. By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded (including your image, likeness and voice).
4.4. As such, you hereby grant the organiser and its affiliates, partners and licensees an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free and unrestricted right and licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, broadcast and otherwise exploit such recordings, images and likenesses in whole or in part, in any media or format, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to marketing, promotional, PR, editorial, archival and documentation purposes, without further notice, approval or compensation, unless expressly opted out via an individual release process where applicable.
5. Personal Property
5.1. The organiser and venue (Outernet Venue Limited) are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought to the event and shall not be liable for any losses incurred by any person in relation to their property.
6. Children and Animals
6.1. No child will be allowed onto the premises unless the prior written consent has been granted by the venue (Outernet Venue Limited) and the child is accompanied at all times by their parent or legal guardian.
6.2. No animals will be allowed onto the premises, except for a guide dog.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1. Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner.
7.2. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behaviour or illegal activity will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
8. Liability
8.1. To the extent permitted by law, the organiser and venue (Outernet Venues Limited) accepts no liability for any loss, injury or damage suffered by attendees in connection with the event, except where caused by negligence.
8.2. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Data Protection
9.1. Personal data provided during registration will be used only for event administration and communication.
9.2. Information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
